A form-heavy application with a customisable dashboard and chatbot integration. Lots of state, kept simple for the people using it.
An internal application where almost every screen is a form, the dashboard is arranged differently by every team that opens it, and a chatbot sits alongside both.
That combination is mostly a state problem. The work was keeping it simple on the surface for the people filling the forms in, whatever it took underneath.
